Responsibilites:

  • Ensuring the company adheres to the Employment Act 1955 (or relevant Labour Ordinances).
  • Managing disciplinary actions, issuing Show Cause Letters and conducting domestic inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage all HR-related letters including offer letters, confirmation, transfer, warning and disciplinary letters.
  • Monitor credit usage on assessment systems and job portals; arrange top-ups when needed.
  • Track and process job portal expenses, agency costs, buyout costs, background checks and employee referral payouts accurately and timely.
  • Handling employee grievances and workplace harassment cases.
  • Calculating monthly salaries, claims and overtime (OT).
  • Managing mandatory contributions such as EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP) and Monthly Tax Deductions (PCB).
  • Managing annual leave, medical leave and employee medical insurance.
  • Updating employee data in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Organizing company activities such as Annual Dinners, Team Building or welfare programs.
  • Assist in developing, updating and implementing HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Management or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working field in the HR field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems and document record management.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
