We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and help us build a strong organizational culture, manage hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring requirements and define job descriptions.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with EveoAI’s vision and values.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
Address employee grievances, concerns, and ensure a supportive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development:
Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance skill development.
Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and professional development sessions.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal processes and provide support in goal-setting and feedback sessions.
Work closely with managers to track employee performance and provide guidance on improvement plans.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment (freshers are welcome).
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus.
Passion for building a strong company culture and enhancing employee experience.
