HubSpot CRM Consultant

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

We are looking for a consultant with strong HubSpot CRM expertise to help us optimize and expand our use of the platform across the organization.

Our Marketing and Communications team currently uses HubSpot primarily for marketing automation. More recently, individual business lines have begun adopting HubSpot as their CRM, and we are onboarding teams on a business-line-by-business-line basis as needs arise.

We need someone who can help us maximize the value of HubSpot, establish scalable CRM practices, and support successful adoption across the organization.

Key Areas of Support

•CRM Optimization: Assess our current HubSpot environment and recommend improvements to configuration, workflows, automation, data structure, reporting, and overall usability.

• Business-Line Onboarding: Help us develop and execute a repeatable process for onboarding new business lines, including requirements gathering, CRM configuration, data migration/cleanup, testing, and launch.

• Process & Governance: Help establish CRM best practices, data standards, governance, and processes that will allow us to scale without creating a collection of disconnected, customized solutions.

• Training & Adoption: Provide training and guidance to new and existing users, and develop documentation and best practices to support ongoing adoption.

• Reporting & Analytics: Help develop useful dashboards and reporting that provide business lines and leadership with meaningful insights.

• Strategic Guidance: Serve as a HubSpot subject-matter expert and advise us on how best to leverage the platform as our CRM needs evolve.

• Integrations & Technical Guidance: Help identify opportunities for integrations or other technical solutions where appropriate and work with internal/external partners as needed.

Ideal Consultant

We are looking for someone with deep, hands-on HubSpot CRM experience who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels. The ideal person understands not only how to configure HubSpot, but also how to translate business processes and requirements into a CRM environment that is practical, scalable, and easy for users to adopt.

Experience supporting multi-business-line CRM implementations, CRM governance, marketing automation, data management, and user training would be particularly valuable.

Ultimately, we need a partner who can help us move from “onboarding teams as they request it” to a more structured, scalable, and strategic approach to HubSpot CRM.
