Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right candidates are hired to meet the organizations goals and workforce planning. You will partner closely with hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing plans, and provide an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company website.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
Lead and manage candidate onboarding in partnership with HR operations.
Support internal recruitment, promotions, and transfers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
Provide guidance and support on recruitment-related issues to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Solid understanding of recruitment practices, talent acquisition strategies, and HR laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Experience with high-volume hiring and specialized role placement is a plus.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and modern sourcing tools.
Working Hours
Standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Flexibility may be required based on hiring demand and project deadlines
Remote work options available, depending on company policy
