Desirable: Strong scientific writing, prior experience in Systematic review and Meta-analysis, advanced statistics modelling (R, STATA), analyzing large scale survey data (NFHS, NSSO, IHDS, Census), constructing data files from multiple sources, and at least one/two publication in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal as a first or corresponding author.

Selection process
