ICU Consultant

Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU. Lead and supervise ICU medical and nursing staff, providing guidance and mentoring. Perform or supervise complex procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and mechanical ventilation management. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress continuously. Collaborate with other specialists and departments for multidisciplinary patient care. Ensure compliance with ICU protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures. Review and interpret laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic tests. Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
