Key Responsibilities Perform a wide range of beauty services including facial treatments, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and hair services. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas and equipment. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge. Manage appointments and ensure clients have a pleasant salon experience. Assist in product sales and promote salon packages to increase customer engagement. Work closely with the salon team to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institution. Strong skills in facial treatments, threading, waxing, manicure/pedicure, and basic hair styling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about beauty, grooming, and providing top-notch customer service. Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of skincare and beauty products commonly used in salons. Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience working as a beautician in a salon or spa. International or multicultural experience will be an added advantage. Fresh candidates with strong skills and a professional attitude are also encouraged to apply. Working Hours Full-time position with flexible shifts. Typically 8–9 hours per day, 6 days a week (rotational weekly off). Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on salon operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of beauty treatments and salon hygiene standards. Strong time management and client handling skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a professional team. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
