Influencer Marketing - Fresher

About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Influencer Research: Find and shortlist influencers who match our brand, target audience, and campaign requirements.
2. Influencer Outreach: Contact influencers, share campaign details, follow up with them, and maintain good communication throughout the campaign.
3. Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and managing influencer campaigns and make sure all campaign activities and deliverables are completed on time.
4. Content Coordination: Coordinate with influencers on content ideas and ensure the content follows the campaign brief and brand guidelines. Share feedback or changes when needed.
5. Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance and basic metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and content performance. Assist in preparing campaign reports.
6. Budget & Payment Support: Assist with influencer rate discussions, budget tracking, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
7. Market & Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, new influencers, content formats, and competitor activities to find new opportunities for the brand.
