KLY Media is a performance marketing company focused on lead generation and pay-per-call solutions. We are hiring remote English cold callers for a US-based financial project.
Role Overview
This is a high-volume outbound cold-calling role. You will make 200–250 outbound calls every day to US-based prospects, generate interest in financial services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups or appointments. Apply only if you are comfortable with repeated dialing, objections, and working night hours.
Responsibilities
Make 200–250 outbound cold calls daily using the provided lead list and script.
Communicate with US prospects in clear, professional English.
Identify interested prospects and qualify them according to project guidelines.
Handle basic objections and book appointments or follow-ups.
Accurately update call outcomes, lead status, and notes in the tracking sheet.
Meet daily dialing, connection, and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, and confidence on phone calls.
Comfortable making 200–250 outbound calls every day.
Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Freshers with strong English communication can apply.
Prior cold calling, telecalling, telesales, BPO, appointment-setting, or US calling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidate-Provided Setup
No laptop, internet, headset, or other equipment will be provided. Candidates must have:
A working laptop or desktop.
Stable wired internet with at least 20 Mbps speed.
Wired headphones with microphone — Bluetooth headsets and earphones are not allowed.
A quiet, professional workspace during the full shift.
Reliable power backup is strongly recommended.
Shift and Salary
Working hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
Working days: Monday to Friday
Weekly off: Saturday and Sunday
Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000, based on English communication, experience, and interview performance.
