IT Operations & Digital Systems Intern

We are looking for an IT Intern to support our digital agency’s technical operations. You will work closely with the operations and development teams to maintain hardware, manage software deployments, and ensure day-to-day technical stability for our creative and account teams. You will troubleshoot issues, assist in workstation setups, and manage agency-wide software tools to keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly.

This role offers hands-on experience in a modern tech-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and software issues.
• Assist in user management for agency tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud and etc.
• Assist in the configuration and setup of workstations for new employees.
• Monitor and troubleshoot office network connectivity and VPN access.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and software licenses.
• Perform regular system updates and security patches across company devices.
• Document technical processes and create internal user guides.

Requirements

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, WiFi troubleshooting).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months.
