Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers 3. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target 4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to agents 5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to day basis 6. Education Requirement - Graduate in any discipline / (MBA or equivalent preferred) Experience Requirement - Graduate: 4-8 Years - MBA: Min. 2-6 years Skills & Competencies 1.
