Role Objective

To strategically partner with different departments across the GCC to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals, foster employee engagement, and support a high-performance culture within the Global Capability Centre. The HRBP will collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR to understand their human capital needs, and proactively deliver HR solutions that are aligned with organizational objectives. The role will also play a critical part in fostering employee engagement, maintaining workforce harmony, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Partnership and Strategic Support : Collaborate with GCC leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR solutions that support strategic objectives and foster growth. Develop and implement HR strategies, balancing the needs of the business unit with organizational priorities.

- Talent Management and Development : Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of skilled professionals who align with the business unit's requirements. Lead talent development initiatives, including training and succession planning, to build internal capabilities and readiness for future roles. Implement performance management systems that drive high-performance culture and ensure consistency across the business unit.

- Employee Engagement and Culture Building : Develop and execute engagement programs aimed at enhancing employee morale and job satisfaction, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Conduct regular engagement surveys and feedback sessions, using insights to guide action plans for improvement.

- Performance and Rewards : Drive the annual performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals within the GCC. Provide guidance to people managers on performance conversations, feedback, and career development plans. Support the implementation of reward and recognition programs aligned with organizational frameworks. Manage employee deductions and ensure payroll processing by Payroll team.

- Change Management : Support GCC leaders in managing organizational change effectively, including structural changes and process improvements. Facilitate change communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions and increase employee buy-in.

- Policy Review, Implementation and Compliance : Ensure regular review, updation and adherence to HR policies and procedures, customizing as necessary to align with business unit requirements. Monitor and maintain compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards.

- HR Analytics and Reporting : Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Generate reports on key HR metrics, presenting data to leadership to support strategic planning and evaluation of HR initiatives for the GCC
