We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer / Design Intern to support the creation of high-volume digital marketing assets across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is fast, detail-oriented, coachable, and excited to build hands-on experience in real-world advertising creative production.
You will work on a variety of short-form design tasks such as social media ads, thumbnails, banners, and promotional visuals for channels including Facebook, YouTube, X, Instagram, and other digital platforms. You’ll receive clear briefs, templates, copy, and brand guidelines, then turn these into polished assets under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
Design digital marketing assets such as:
Social media ads
YouTube thumbnails
Display banners
Promotional graphics
Platform-resized creatives
Interpret creative briefs including campaign goals, pain points, target audience, copy, and visual references
Use provided templates and assets while also improving layouts when needed
Deliver first-pass concepts quickly and accurately
Revise designs based on feedback from senior designers or creative directors
Maintain consistency across multiple formats and platforms
Organize files and upload completed assets to internal systems
Balance speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Internship, junior-level, or entry-level experience in graphic design, visual design, or related field
Proficiency in Figma, and other creative design tools
Good understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition
Familiarity with social media platform sizes and best practices is a plus
Able to work quickly without sacrificing basic quality standards
Comfortable receiving direct feedback and making fast revisions
Strong attention to detail and file organization
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have:
Experience creating performance ads or e-commerce creatives
Understanding of CTR/conversion-focused ad design
Familiarity with AI design tools for productivity
