JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise and support Area Managers in achieving outlet-level performance targets (sales, service, compliance).

· Monitor and drive daily operational excellence across all outlets including cleanliness, staff discipline, SOP compliance, licensing requirements (such as MOH, DOSH and HALAL), and company policies and customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for customers.

· Coordinate with central departments (HR, Marketing, Kitchen, Logistics) to ensure smooth outlet operations.

· Track and improve sales performance, food cost control, and wastage reduction across the network.

· Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure standards are upheld and issues are resolved swiftly.

· Assist in the training, motivation, and coaching of outlet-level teams via Area Managers to ensure they acquire both the technical and soft skills required and adhere to company standards and maintain a positive work environment.

· Implement and support promotional activities, menu rollouts, and new product launches.

· Assist in hiring and onboarding of new managers and key staff, as required.

· Participate in weekly management reviews and support strategic initiatives to improve overall outlet performance.

· To perform other duties as assigned by the management.

JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in multi-outlet F&B operations, retail chains, or franchise environments, knowledge of local regulations and market trends in F&B industry in Sarawak is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong people management, leadership, communication, organization, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, mathematical, problem-solving skill and managerial capabilities.
  • Proficient in in MS office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with F&B KPIs (Sales, P&L, Inventory, Labour Cost, Mystery Shopper, etc.)
  • Flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Able to travel regularly within Sarawak and possess own transport.
