As a Home-Based Packing Associate, you will be responsible for organizing, sorting, and packing products according to company standards. Key Responsibilities:
Pack products with accuracy and care based on provided guidelines.
Label and organize items neatly and efficiently.
Ensure product quality before packing.
Maintain cleanliness and order of the workspace.
Submit daily updates on task completion and inventory status.
Report damaged items or discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Meet daily and weekly packing targets as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic understanding of packaging procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines meticulously.
Must have a mobile phone or computer with internet access.
Physically fit to handle light manual tasks (lifting up to 5kg).
Must be a resident of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
