Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Kronos configuration and workflows
Design and implement Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, Labor Rules, and Pay Calculations
Configure workforce policies, pay rules, accruals, job structures, and integrations with payroll/HR systems
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, configuration guides, and process maps
Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide end-user training, create training materials, and support change management activities
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with project managers and stakeholders
Support data conversion, mapping, and validation activities during implementations or upgrades
Stay current with Kronos/UKG product updates, best practices, and industry trends
Required Skills and Competencies:
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, or UKG Pro/UKG Ready.
Strong understanding of workforce management concepts: time & attendance, scheduling, labor rules, punches, exceptions, and accruals.
Experience with integrating Kronos to payroll, HRIS, or ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP).
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SQL, scripts, or reporting tools used with Kronos is a plus.
Knowledge of labor law and compliance requirements relevant to timekeeping and pay.
