Lab Technician - Leather & Footwear

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and control the day to day operation of the section.
• Verify the validity of test apparatus, analysis result and records of analysis.
• To plan, understand and complete the allocated work within the stipulated time with accuracy and precision strictly as per relevant SOPs/ test methods in coordination with respective Section In charge/Laboratory Manager.
• Ensure the performance of equipment / instrument before going to use it. If he/she feels any SOP needs to be changed, this is his/her duty to bring this to the notice of Section In charge/ Laboratory Manager.
• Maintain the intermediate check, replicate testing, retesting records.
• Assist to Section In-charge/Quality Manager/Laboratory Manager in maintaining the Quality Manual.
• In absence of Section In-charge, entertain the queries and ensure that work is complete within the stipulated time frame.
• Any task as assigned by line manager or HOD.

Requirement:

• Qualification diploma/bachelor/master in leather technology/leather & footwear.
• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in leather & footwear testing and gloves testing.
• In-dept knowledge of leather & footwear.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
