Lead Technology

<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for battery cells and energy storage solutions.</li><li>Identify emerging battery technologies, materials, and manufacturing innovations.</li><li>Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation lithium-ion and advanced battery chemistries.</li><li>Establish technology partnerships with research institutes, universities, and global technology providers.</li><li>Lead intellectual property development, patents, and technology differentiation initiatives.</li><li>Oversee development of Cylindrical, Prismatic, and Pouch Cell technologies.</li><ul><li>Guide cell chemistry selection, electrode design, electrolyte optimization, and performance enhancement.</li><li>Establish performance benchmarks for energy density, cycle life, safety, and cost.</li><li>Drive technology transfer from laboratory development to commercial-scale manufacturing.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.</li><li>M.Tech/MS preferred.</li><li>PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Energy Storage, or Battery Technology is highly desirable.</li></ul>
