About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Digital Live Chat Consultant to provide real-time support, efficiently resolve issues, and enhance the digital customer experience.

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with 2 rotational days off)
  • Working Hours (Rotational Shifts):
  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Live Chat Support: Engage with customers in real time via live chat. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about products, services, orders, troubleshooting, and more.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide clear, accurate, and helpful responses to customer queries. Strive for high customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.
  • Product Knowledge: Deliver knowledgeable and empathetic support. Promote products, guide purchases, and collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions.
  • Customer Insights: Maintain accurate records of interactions and use customer feedback to contribute to service improvements.
Requirements:
  • SPM / Diploma / Degree qualification
  • Proven experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities
Note: A probation period applies for this role. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
