This role oversees the development and delivery of analytic services utilizing project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies in alignment with department and organizational strategic priorities. The leader is responsible for providing direct oversight of the analytics team and is responsible for coaching and developing team member development capabilities and analytical acumen in accordance with the enterprise data and technology roadmap and strategy. This role requires a unique combination of knowledge of healthcare operations, requirement analysis, product delivery and data analysis. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:1.6rem;font-weight:400">Five (5) years of analytics experience is required. </span></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:1.6rem;font-weight:400">Two (2) years working in a health system with a focus on advanced data analysis, programming, modeling, application deployment, technology implementation, or internal management consulting required. </span></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:1.6rem;font-weight:400">Experience working in a large, complex academic health systems, preferred. </span></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><span style="font-size:1.6rem;font-weight:400">Experience leading an analytics team is preferred. Experience in EHR (Epic) data sources preferred. </span></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative discipline or social sciences (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Health Care Administration, or related field) is required. In lieu of aligned degree, equivalent combination of education and experience required. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Master’s Degree or other advanced degree preferred (business administration, health administration, economics, engineering, or computer sciences) is preferred. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>TRAINING DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Working knowledge of data marts, data warehouses, SQL, EPIC and/or formal training in SQL and Advanced BI Tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau is required. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Knowledge of data storage, retrieval systems, and report writing. Intermediate knowledge of Statistics. </font></font></p><p><b style="font-family:'times new roman';font-size:1.6rem">SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: </b></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Ability to effectively coach and mentor analytics staff. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Design thinking with strong project management skills, process improvement, quantitative, and analytical abilities. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Experience working in cross-functional teams. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Proficiency in Microsoft Office application suite. </font></font></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Certification in Epic report writing modules is preferred.</font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></font><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health </b></font></font></p><p>Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $45.09- $77.13.
