Job Description:

  • Lead a regional delivery team through the transition from effort-based implementation to value-driven, AI-centered advisory services
  • Interview, hire, and develop consultants with strategic, stakeholder-alignment, AI, and adoption-focused skills
  • Foster experimentation with AI solutions and adapt delivery approaches
  • Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings, train partners, and support account expansion
  • Engage customers, identify evolving needs, shape future service offerings, and handle customer escalations
  • Maintain a billable target for strategic project involvement
  • Own team fiscal health, KPIs, performance visibility, and PSA data accuracy
  • Operationalize the AI-Native Professional Services model and modernize tools and methodologies
  • Translate company objectives and industry trends into actionable team priorities
  • Partner with the Resource Management Office to balance workloads and match consultant capacity to opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, with a proven track record of navigating business pivots or disruptive technology shifts
  • Ability to formulate positions on industry trends and anticipate how AI and technology developments will impact customer needs
  • 2+ years leading high-performing teams of individual contributors, formally or as a project manager
  • Experience designing, selling, and delivering solutions in a SaaS Professional Services environment
  • High emotional intelligence and change leadership
  • Excellent client management skills in pre- and post-sales environments
  • Proven track record of building influential relationships with sales and customer success partners
  • Proficiency in frameworks for developing insights into customer organizations and coaching sophisticated problem-solving techniques
  • Experience applying change management, business process optimization, and AI strategies
  • Willing to travel periodically, up to 40%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education (minimum 7 years)
