Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, campus rollouts, and on-ground activations across UNITAR’s network.

This role focuses on operational delivery, coordination, and execution. It works closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial & Growth teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, on time, and consistently across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Media or Coordination roles. Experience in supporting campaigns and even execution is an advantage

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Rollout & Execution

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaign rollouts across multiple campuses and media channels
• Ensure all campaign materials are deployed accurately and in accordance with approved timelines (e.g. manage media bookings, artwork submissions, creative adaptations)
• Work closely with Brand Marketing and Commercial & Growth teams to align on rollout requirements
• Ensure consistency in execution across media buys and campuses
• Maintain campaign timelines, trackers, and deliverables across stakeholders
• Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely execution
• Escalate risks or delays where necessary

Event & Activation

• Support the execution of campus activations, marketing events, and campaign-related activities
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials and vendor requirements
• Assist in event-day operations, including on-site coordination and issue resolution
• Ensure execution aligns with approved plans and requirements

Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors including print suppliers, production partners, and media owners
• Manage timelines for production, delivery, and installation of marketing materials
