This is a remote position. You'll develop and coordinate mechanical models, prepare construction documentation, and collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. Experience with U.S.-based projects and knowledge of U.S. codes and construction practices are a strong plus, but not required. Core Responsibilities Mechanical Modeling and Documentation <ul> <li>Develop mechanical and HVAC BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. </li> <li>Prepare detailed construction documentation and shop drawings. </li> <li>Maintain organized BIM models and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. </li> </ul> Coordination and Collaboration <ul> <li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure accurate integration between mechanical, architectural, and engineering systems. </li> <li>Support project workflows and participate in coordination meetings. </li> </ul> Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves <ul> <li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field. </li> <li>8+ years of experience in mechanical drafting and engineering. </li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD. </li> <li>Strong understanding of HVAC systems and BIM workflows. </li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English. </li> </ul> Good to Haves <ul> <li>Experience with U.S.-based projects and familiarity with U.S. codes and construction practices. </li> </ul> System Requirements <ul> <li>Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher. </li> <li>NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture). </li> <li>Minimum 32 GB RAM. </li> </ul>
