Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe to support healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in medical documentation, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters in real time during clinical visits
• Record patient history, chief complaints, physical exam findings, and treatment plans
• Assist physicians with chart completion in EHR systems
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of diagnoses, procedures, and orders
• Review and update patient records to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support providers in improving workflow efficiency and reducing documentation burden

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Scribe
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows
• Hands‑on experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Excellent listening, typing, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialties such as Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care
• Familiarity with ICD‑10, CPT, and basic medical coding concepts
• Prior experience working in hospitals or outpatient clinics
• Certification in medical scribing (preferred but not mandatory)
