Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant F&O / BC

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure, customize, and implement D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Business Central (BC).
• Work on Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Supply Chain modules.
• Handle P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
• Develop and support customizations using X++ (F&O) or AL programming (Business Central).
• Design and manage REST/OData APIs, integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration.
• Work with Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, upgrades, and production issues.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or Business Central (BC).
• Strong combination of functional consulting and technical development skills.
• Experience with X++ (F&O) or AL programming (Business Central).
• Good understanding of Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, customization, integrations, and data migration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, OData, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with both F&O and Business Central, Dynamics AX/NAV, or Microsoft certifications is an added advantage.
