We are seeking a highly skilled data professional with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server development, database architecture, and advanced data analytics. This role combines robust SQL/database engineering with business intelligence and analytics capabilities, leveraging AI -driven tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision making across the organization. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing large -scale database systems while also building analytics. Design, develop, and optimize T -SQL code (stored procedures, triggers, views, indexes).<\/span> <\/li> 2. Apply AI -assisted query optimization and intelligent indexing for performance improvements.<\/span> <\/li> 3. Ensure scalability and reliability of databases handling high -volume BFSI transactions.<\/span> <\/li><\/ol> 4. Database Architecture & Data Management <\/span> <\/li> 1. Redesign and optimize database schemas for analytics and performance.<\/span> <\/li> 2. Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) integrating SQL Server & Snowflake. <\/span> <\/li> 3. Implement AI -driven data quality checks and anomaly detection frameworks.<\/span> <\/li><\/ol> 4. Data Analytics & Insights<\/span> <\/li> 1. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<\/span> <\/li> 2. Build predictive and prescriptive models using SQL + AI integration (Python/R).<\/span> <\/li> 3. Document SQL and analytics workflows for knowledge management. <\/span> <\/li><\/ol><\/ol> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> Required Skills & Experience <\/span> <\/div> - 4 -5 years of experience in MS SQL Server development, architecture, and BI analytics. <\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Expertise in T -SQL, query tuning, schema design, and performance optimization<\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and reporting. <\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (SSIS, ADF, dbt, or equivalent). <\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Familiarity with AI/ML integration into data workflows (Python/R preferred). <\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Hands -on experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses. <\/span><\/span> <\/li> - Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards (especially in BFSI).<\/span><\/span> <\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span>
