Underwriting Expertise</p><p>Lead and manage underwriting activities across Non-Motor insurance business.</p><p>Evaluate complex and high-value risks and ensure appropriate underwriting decisions.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Risk Assessment & Analysis</p><p>Assess risk exposures, policy terms, sum insured, and overall risk complexity.</p><p>Analyze financial, technical, and business information to determine risk acceptability.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Underwriting Guidelines & Compliance</p><p>Ensure underwriting decisions are aligned with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.</p><p>Monitor adherence to underwriting standards and risk management practices.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Market Research & Analysis</p><p>Track market trends, competitor practices, and developments in the Non-Motor insurance segment.</p><p>Identify opportunities and risks arising from changing market conditions.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Training & Mentorship</p><p>Guide, train, and mentor underwriting teams.</p><p>Develop technical and analytical capabilities within the team.</p><p><br></p><p>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><p>Coordinate effectively with other departments and internal stakeholders.</p><p>Support business teams in resolving complex underwriting and risk-related matters.</p><p><br></p><p>7.
