Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary remote point of contact for VIP clients, handling a wide range of personal and lifestyle requests.
Coordinate reservations, bookings, and experiences across luxury services such as travel, hotels, fine dining, events, and private transportation.
Offer customized recommendations and solutions based on client preferences and history.
Manage time-sensitive requests with urgency, tact, and precision.
Maintain thorough knowledge of global luxury brands, destinations, and high-end service providers.

Experience

Working Hours
