Job Summary
MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Order Processing Executive (Female) to join our remote operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and are capable of managing multiple online orders with precision. Working from the comfort of your home, you will ensure seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and backend coordination, all during regular day-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily online customer orders efficiently using our order management system.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to the concerned team.
Communicate order status updates, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to customers via email or chat.
Handle product returns, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and updated order records in company databases.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders and shipping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order-related escalations and improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management software is a plus.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, data entry, or customer support is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
