Job Summary
MNC JOBS INFO is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Online Telecalling Agents to handle inbound customer service calls. This is a non-sales role, with a primary focus on resolving customer queries, providing information, and assisting with account-related issues. The position is ideal for individuals looking to work from home in a structured yet flexible environment without the pressure of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner
Understand and address customer queries and concerns accurately
Provide information about company services, account details, or common FAQs
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain accurate records of conversations and ensure proper documentation
Follow established call scripts and company protocols
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
Meet basic performance metrics such as call quality, adherence, and resolution time
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus)
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (typing, internet browsing, email handling)
Comfortable using CRM tools or call management systems
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle irate callers professionally
A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection

Training will be provided for all selected candidates
Both full-time (8 hrs/day) and part-time (4 hrs/day) options
Weekends off or rotational as per team allocation
