Apprenticeship Tenure: 6 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Operations & Logistics Trainee to gain hands-on experience in business operations, vendor management, inventory, procurement, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Final Year students from Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related backgrounds
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced business operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day business operations and process coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory records, stock movement, and tracking.
• Assist in procurement, order processing, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.
• Track deliveries, dispatches, and logistics activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth cross-functional execution.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Compensation:

• Training Stipend: ₹15,100/month
