As an Operations Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations by assisting with textile and rug restoration, processing customer items, and performing pickup and delivery services throughout our service area.
This is a hands-on position offering variety, specialized training, and opportunities for growth within a team-oriented environment. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of helping customers recover valuable belongings.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver rugs, textiles, and other customer items using company vehicles
- Safely load, unload, transport, and stage customer property
- Assist with textile restoration and rug cleaning processes
- Operate specialized cleaning and restoration equipment
- Inspect, sort, tag, and prepare customer items for processing
- Package, organize, and prepare completed orders for delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production facility
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse and production operations as needed

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Push and pull loaded carts, equipment, and materials
- Safely move larger rugs and textile carts using team lifting or material-handling equipment
- Work in both warehouse and field environments, including loading and unloading company vehicles
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional overtime available based on workload
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
