Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end order management process from order receipt to fulfilment and closure.
Review and validate customer orders, pricing, product details, quantities, and delivery requirements.
Enter and maintain sales orders accurately in ERP/CRM systems.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.
Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, backorders, and delivery issues.
Monitor order backlog and proactively resolve order-related issues.
Prepare and maintain order reports, trackers, and MIS.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Support order-to-cash (O2C) activities including invoicing and shipment coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and agreed SLA/TAT.
Identify process gaps and contribute to improving order processing efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience in Order Management / Order Processing / Sales Operations / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare MIS reports.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
