We are seeking a Part-Time Amazon Seller Central (FBA) Manager to explicitly oversee a tightly focused catalog of 6 seasonal SKUs (Halloween and Christmas) with ASP $50+. The primary objective is to maximize sales velocity during peak holiday windows while precisely managing FBA inventory, customer inquiries, product ratings, and prevent over-spending on AMS while maximizing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Seasonal Inventory Management: Calculate precise FBA inbound shipment volumes and lead times to meet Amazon's strict holiday receiving deadlines for Halloween and Christmas products.
Catalog Maintenance: Monitor the 6 active SKUs daily during the season, ensuring total compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any listing suppressions or stranded inventory immediately.
Targeted PPC (AMS) Execution: Design and execute high-impact, time-boxed PPC campaigns optimized for peak seasonal search traffic, aggressively monitoring daily ACoS and budget caps during October and December.
Listing Optimization: Update product copy, backend search terms, and visual assets to align with consumer behavior and seasonal keyword trends.
Post-Season Strategy: Manage sell-through rates post-holiday, utilizing promotions, removal orders, or liquidation strategies to minimize leftover inventory and avoid excessive FBA storage fees and excess inventory.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central, specifically navigating Q4 restock limits, holiday shipping deadlines, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
Technical Skills: Complete understanding of Amazon's FBA inbound workflows, capacity manager limits, and seasonal fee structures.
Software Proficiency: Experience utilizing Amazon keyword research and analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) for identifying seasonal search volumes.
Position Details
Work Model: Fully Remote
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week. Note: Hours may scale up during critical sales periods, specifically weeks nearing Halloween and Christmas
