Key Responsibilities
Sort, organize, and prepare items for packing according to provided guidelines
Ensure proper labeling and handling of all items
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Pack materials with care to prevent damage during transit
Perform quality checks to meet company packaging standards
Meet daily or weekly task completion targets
Communicate regularly with the remote team lead for task updates and feedback
Follow safety and cleanliness protocols at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum high school education or equivalent
Basic knowledge of packaging materials and procedures (training provided)
Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer for communication
Dedicated space at home to work efficiently and securely
Experience
No prior experience required—freshers are welcome
Prior experience in packing, logistics, or remote work is an advantage but not mandatory
On-the-job training will be provided for all selected candidates
Working Hours
Flexible part-time hours
Workload: 2 to 4 hours per day, depending on your availability
You can choose your own working hours between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly task schedules will be shared in advance
