🚀 We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Manager – Marketplace (Beauty & Personal care Industry only)

Colors Queen Cosmetics is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Marketplace to join our growing team in West Delhi .

Founded in 2014 , Colors Queen is a beauty brand offering quality and affordable cosmetics across Face, Hair, Nails, Eyes, Lips & Beauty Accessories . We are looking for a performance-driven professional who can help us scale our marketplace presence and drive measurable business growth.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other e-commerce marketplaces .
Manage marketplace promotions, campaigns, listings and product visibility.
Monitor ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, sales and other key performance metrics .
Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions and revenue.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spends for maximum ROI.
Conduct competitor, category and market trend analysis.
Coordinate with Product, Creative, Sales and E-commerce teams for effective campaign execution.
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Identify new marketplace growth opportunities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience in Performance Marketing, Marketplace Management & E-commerce Growth .
Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards and advertising platforms.
Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, D2C or Consumer Products will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
