Job summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support our manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Manager and agents/internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage the Manager calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare meeting agenda, minutes, reports, and presentation materials as required.
  • Agent Management: Assist Manager in liaising with agents, and providing necessary support to agents.
  • Ads Performance Reporting & Management :Monitor and manage advertising campaigns, track ad performance, generate reports, and handle lead management and online engagement
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role such as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is valuable, but candidates with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking agents and developers.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and handle a variety of responsibilities as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
