Location Preference: Kolkata

Occasional office visit required at New Alipore, Kolkata

Salary: 15,000 22,000 (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules appointments and meeting coordination
  • Handle emails calls follow ups and basic client communication
  • Maintain documents reports and office records
  • Assist in travel bookings and online coordination tasks
  • Support daily administrative and office management activities
  • Coordinate with team members vendors and clients when required
  • Draft emails letters and professional documents
  • Handle multitasking and remote office assistance efficiently

Requirements

  • Good English and Hindi communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Google Sheets and email handling
  • Smart organized confident and tech savvy personality
  • Good coordination and multitasking ability
  • Freshers experienced candidates interns and junior executives can apply
  • Kolkata based candidates preferred
Working Days Monday to Saturday

Timing 930 AM to 630 PM

Work From Home with occasional office visits
