Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science or Engineering
At least 5 years experience in lights out semiconductor manufacturing implementation
Experience from conceptual design to full scale autonomous operations is an added advantage
Experience in leading cross-functional teams from cross regions, including external vendors
Good communication skills across all levels of corporate hierarchy
Able to visualize long-term big picture with fitting short-term executions
Able to simplify technical presentations for C-suite executives while giving clear instructions to shop floor technicians
Good analytical skills and ability to visualize physical vs logical model
