Project Accountant - Remote Flexibility

<p><b>Project Accountant (part-time)</b></p> <p><b>About the Company and the Project Accountant Opportunity:</b></p> <ul> <li>CFS is partnering with a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting communities by providing resources, programs, and assistance that improve quality of life and foster long-term stability.</li> <li>Due to a project, they are looking to bring on a <b>Project Accountant.</b></li> <li>Schedule: part-time (1 week could be 20 hours a week and others could be 5-10 hours a week) - flexible - during regular business hours</li> <li>Remote flexibility</li> <li>Duration: ongoing</li> <li>Pay: <b>$37-40/hr</b> - depending on experience</li> </ul> <p><b>Overview of the Project Accountant role:</b></p> <ul> <li>Construction draws - working with Project Managers and lenders for documentation, working with accounting team on invoices, and performing reconciliations</li> <li>Ad hoc reporting and projects </li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications for the Project Accountant:</b></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of real estate/construction draw experience</li> <li>Accounting, Finance, or related degree is a plus</li> <li>Proficient in Excel</li> <li>Experience in Sage Intacct and is a plus</li> </ul> <p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?n1T5BtTe%2bPQ85rtSszpAmAx" width="0" height="0">
