RECRUITING SOURCER | REMOTE | CONTRACT
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting a healthcare client.
Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Core Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing technology, IT, or consulting talent
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search experience
- Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Summary This role is focused on sourcing and talent pipeline development. The selected candidate will identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates for current and future hiring needs while partnering closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers.
Responsibilities - Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring initiatives.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research activities.
- Identify passive candidates and develop engagement strategies.
- Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and sourcing priorities.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity and candidate records within ATS platforms.
- Generate candidate leads and support recruiting efforts.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and pipeline health.
Preferred Qualifications - Consulting industry sourcing experience
- Technology talent sourcing experience
- IT recruiting or sourcing background
- Experience supporting enterprise hiring initiatives
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
