Role Overview

A well-established manufacturing organisation in Sharjah is seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to join its HR function. The position reports to the Head of HR and focuses on full-cycle hiring, with a strong emphasis on attracting skilled professionals for mid-level, senior, and leadership roles. What You’ll Do

  • Handle the recruitment process end to end, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and shape effective hiring plans.
  • Identify, review, interview, and shortlist candidates across different business areas.
  • Recruit for mid-management, senior, and department head positions.
  • Arrange interviews, manage assessments, coordinate offers, and support onboarding steps.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pools for both present and future vacancies.
  • Help deliver a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate hiring reports and metrics.
  • Keep up to date with UAE labour market trends and current recruitment practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior recruitment experience in the UAE is required.
  • Background in hiring for mid-level management, senior, and leadership positions is necessary.
  • Strong capability in sourcing, interviewing, and managing internal stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication, along with strong people skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Well organised with a careful eye for detail.
  • Interest in building a long-term career with the organisation.
  • Applicants who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
