ChildCare Careers (CCC) is excited to welcome a Regional Recruiter to our Chicago office!
As the largest staffing firm dedicated exclusively to the child care industry, ChildCare Careers partners with day care centers, preschools, and after-school programs to provide fully qualified, pre-screened directors, teachers, and assistants for temporary, ongoing, and permanent placements.
What You will Do:
In this role, you will be at the heart of our recruiting efforts—
· Source, screen, interview, and hire substitute teachers for temporary and permanent placements
· Build strong candidate pipelines through Indeed, job fairs, presentations, and community outreach
· Verify credentials and qualifications and complete all hiring documentation
· Maintain an active pool of ready-to-work educators to support our client centers

· Daily in-office work at our Chicago location
· Travel throughout the Greater Chicago and surrounding areas for recruiting events and outreach

Requirements/ Experience Desired:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience with interviewing/ hiring and/or sales is a plus
- Independent worker and self-starter
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Excellent speaking, phone and written communication skills
- Ability to project a positive and professional image on behalf of the organization
- MS Word, Outlook, and Excel competency required
Nice to have but not required:
- Knowledge of the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) childcare licensing regulations is a plus but not required
This is a full-time, hourly position - pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
