As a Remote Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day operations of DoorDash's customer support programs, helping to ensure that every consumer, Dasher, and merchant who needs help receives a fast, empathetic, and effective response. What You'll Do
Handle escalated customer, Dasher, and merchant support cases that require additional investigation and resolution authority
Review support ticket queues and ensure service level agreements are met across all channels
Identify recurring customer pain points and document findings for process improvement teams
Support quality assurance activities by reviewing resolved cases and providing feedback to frontline support agents
Assist with special projects including product launches, market expansions, and seasonal demand surges
Collaborate with trust and safety, logistics, and product teams on cross-functional support initiatives
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer support operations, quality assurance, or related roles
Strong written communication skills and ability to document complex issues clearly and concisely
Comfortable working with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar platforms
A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude and eagerness to take initiative
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
Nice to Haves
Previous experience in food delivery, marketplace, or gig economy platform support
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
