The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop and execute a marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team in the solar and clean energy sectors. Responsibilities Build and manage Victory Energy's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with sales campaigns, seasonal trends, and company milestones Create, schedule, and publish original content, including graphics, short-form video, reels, testimonials, and educational posts on solar savings and clean energy Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions — engage the audience in a timely and on-brand voice Track follower growth, reach, engagement rates, and conversion metrics; report monthly insights to leadership Research and leverage solar industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to continuously improve performance Coordinate with field sales teams to gather customer success stories, project photos, and before/after content Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework for Victory Energy Design marketing collateral, including flyers, digital ads, pitch decks, event materials, and recruitment content using tools such as AI agents, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite Collaborate with leadership to craft messaging that communicates the value of residential solar — savings, sustainability, energy independence Ensure all external-facing communications maintain brand consistency across digital and print channels Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) to generate leads and build brand awareness Build, manage, and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to support the sales pipeline Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns targeting prospective customers, existing clients, and referral partners Oversee website content updates; coordinate with vendors or internal resources on SEO strategy and site performance Track and analyze digital campaign ROI; make data-driven adjustments to maximize cost-per-lead efficiency Partner with the Sales and People Empowerment teams to develop recruiting content, sales tools, and onboarding materials Create event marketing support for community outreach, campaigns, and trade shows as needed Assist in developing promotional incentives and customer referral program marketing Support executive communications, including company announcements, newsletters, and internal campaigns Establish baseline marketing metrics and build a reporting cadence for social media, digital ads, and email performance Provide monthly and quarterly marketing reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms to track campaign performance Other duties as needed Skills 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in solar, energy, home services, or a direct-to-consumer sales environment Demonstrated hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business (not just personal use) — must be able to provide portfolio or examples Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) Strong copywriting skills — ability to write persuasive, on-brand content for different audiences and platforms Ability to operate independently, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal oversight Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and adjusting strategy based on performance metrics Experience in the residential solar, electrical, or clean energy industry Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot Video production or editing skills (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Experience building a marketing function in an early-stage or startup environment Knowledge of basic SEO principles and WordPress or similar CMS platforms Experience with Salesforce or solar-specific tools is a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
