The Role

As a Remote Digital Transformation Project Coordinator, you will provide project management and operational support to ExxonMobil's digital transformation initiatives. You will track project milestones, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain the documentation and reporting infrastructure that keeps transformation projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital transformation project activities including task tracking, milestone monitoring, and workstream alignment across business and technology teams
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
  • Facilitate project team meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and follow up on open items
  • Develop and distribute weekly project status reports and executive summaries for transformation program leadership
  • Support change management activities including stakeholder communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party implementation partner activities on assigned digital projects
  • Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure version control across all project artifacts

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program management support, or technology transformation roles
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, project management, business, or a related field preferred
