Key Responsibilities

Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback and client input

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design work
Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow creative briefs while bringing innovative design ideas to the table
Detail-oriented with an eye for consistency and brand alignment
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, either freelance or in-house
Experience in designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns
Experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus
Working Hours
Flexible working hours (you manage your own schedule)
For full-time roles: Availability for team meetings and project discussions during core hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT+7)
Freelance roles: Project-based timelines with reasonable deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of color theory, composition, and branding principles
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design practices
Ability to adapt to different brand styles and creative directions
Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
