They are seeking a Principal SAP Financial Services / Insurance Enterprise Application Consultant who will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, solution development, and team guidance.
Responsibilities
Define the problem, propose and create the solution
Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building
Help detail the project scope
Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Skills
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
At least 11 years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP Finance (S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, Group Reporting, or related modules)
Domain expertise in Financial Services and/or Insurance — understanding of industry processes, regulations, and client priorities
Proven track record of leading SAP delivery programs as a senior leader
Experience in pursuit management — shaping proposals, building business cases, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders
Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence both clients and internal leadership
Willingness to work across the US, with travel as required
Experience in both Financial Services and Insurance verticals
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment
This position may require travel and/or relocation
