They are seeking a Senior Clinical Affairs Nurse – Product & Risk to serve as a key clinical subject matter expert within their product and AI teams, ensuring product development aligns with clinical best practices and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Perform first-line clinical risk and workflow assessments for Product enhancements and new features AI-enabled documentation and clinical workflows Medication management, assessments, and other high-risk modules Identify potential clinical safety risks and escalate early where appropriate Support intake triage of Clinical Affairs requests across tools (e.g., Aha, Jira, escalations) Prioritize requests based on clinical risk, product impact, and urgency Represent Clinical Affairs in recurring product, engineering, and operational meetings Partner closely with Product, AI/Engineering, Regulatory, and Clinical teams Draft clinical risk summaries, validation notes, and supporting documentation Contribute to audit readiness and governance documentation Ensure alignment with clinical standards and responsible AI practices By providing hands-on clinical expertise, you will also enable senior leadership to focus on Strategic clinical direction and executive guidance Regulatory positioning and external credibility Advancing AI governance and future-state clinical frameworks Skills Active Registered Nurse (RN) designation Significant clinical experience (Senior-level; long-term/post-acute care strongly preferred) Experience reviewing or supporting clinical workflows, documentation, or risk assessments Ability to interpret and translate clinical requirements into product or technical contexts Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent advanced education Experience working with digital health products, EHRs, or healthcare SaaS platforms Exposure to AI/ML-enabled clinical tools or documentation workflows Familiarity with clinical governance, regulatory, or audit processes Company Overview PointClickCare develops web-based products and services to help long-term care providers manage the complete lifecycle of resident care.
