Job Summary:
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals for the role of Remote Support Associate – Night Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. As a Remote Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical and customer service support to clients during the night shift. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients during night shift hours.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Assist clients with system setup, configuration, and usage of products and services.
Document customer interactions and solutions provided in the ticketing system for future reference.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and maintain long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues.
Stay updated on product updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage customer expectations.
Basic technical knowledge or a strong willingness to learn technical troubleshooting.

Working Hours:
Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (flexible based on business needs).
